1. The service

Valex Signals (“we”, “us”) publishes informational Bitcoin BUY and SELL signals through Telegram channels. These Terms apply to your use of this website and the paid signals channel (the “Service”). Valex Signals is operated by Mohammad Othman.

2. Not financial advice

Signals are general information generated by a rules-based model. They are not personal investment advice, a recommendation or an offer to buy or sell any asset. We do not manage funds, hold customer money or place trades. You decide whether and how to act, and you are solely responsible for your decisions. Consider speaking to a licensed adviser.

3. Risk

Trading and investing in crypto assets involve substantial risk, including the loss of all your capital. Backtested and past results are hypothetical or historical and do not guarantee future results. Do not trade money you cannot afford to lose. Read our Risk Disclosure for more detail.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally allowed to receive this kind of information where you live. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.

5. Plans and payment

Plans (monthly, yearly and lifetime) and their prices are shown on this site and at checkout. Monthly plans renew until cancelled. “Lifetime” means access for as long as we operate the Service. Price changes apply only to new purchases. Payments are handled by third-party providers, and access is granted once payment is confirmed.

6. Access and acceptable use

Access is for your personal use only. You may not share, forward, copy, publish or resell content from the private channel or give your access to others. We may remove access without refund if you break these Terms.

8. Availability

Signals depend on markets and on third-party services such as Telegram. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery, and we may change, pause or end the Service. If we end the Service, lifetime access ends with it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept it.
