Valex Signals is operated by Mohammad Othman. This policy explains how we handle your information.
What we collect
- Your Telegram username and ID, so we can give and remove channel access.
- Your subscription status and transaction identifiers from our payment providers.
- Your email address and messages, if you contact us.
- Usage data from this website, described under “This website” below.
We do not store card numbers. Payments are processed by third-party providers, which handle your payment details under their own policies.
How we use it
To provide the Service, manage access, answer support requests, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers needed to run the Service, such as Telegram, our payment and membership providers, our website host (Cloudflare) and our website analytics provider (PostHog), and when the law requires it. We do not sell your data.
This website
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
We use PostHog (hosted in the EU) to understand how visitors use this website. When you visit, PostHog records the pages you view, the links and buttons you click, your approximate location derived from your IP address, your browser and device type, and recordings of your session on this website (mouse movement, scrolling and clicks). Text you type into fields is masked and not recorded. We use this only to improve the website. We do not use it for advertising and do not sell it.
Cookies and similar storage
This website does not use advertising cookies. PostHog stores an identifier in a first-party cookie and in your browser’s local storage so it can recognise repeat visits. You can block or delete these in your browser settings, and the website will still work.
Retention and your rights
We keep information for as long as needed to run the Service and meet legal duties. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing hello@valexsignals.com.
