Refund Policy

All sales are final

Access to the private channel is digital and starts as soon as payment is confirmed, so we do not offer refunds for change of mind, trading results or unused time.

Exceptions

We will refund you in these cases:

• A duplicate or mistaken charge.
• A technical problem that stops you getting access and that we cannot fix within 7 days.
• Cases where the law requires a refund.

Cancelling a monthly plan

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals, and access continues until the end of the paid period. Yearly and lifetime plans are one-time payments and do not renew.
